These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement" or "these Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and tkpk8 (hereinafter "tkpk8", "we", "us", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the tkpk8 website located at tkpk8.app and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, crash games, fishing games, slot machines, promotional offers, payment facilities, and customer support.

To access the full range of tkpk8 services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must register a personal account. Registration is subject to the following conditions:

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "rollover" or "playthrough" requirement). The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses must be claimed and used within the validity period stated for each promotion. Unused bonuses expire automatically at the end of their validity period.

Any winnings resulting from a software or pricing error ("palpable error") are not valid and will not be paid. tkpk8 reserves the right to correct errors and adjust account balances accordingly. Players are obligated to notify tkpk8 promptly if they believe they have received credits or winnings as a result of an error.

As a registered tkpk8 player, you agree to at all times:

• Provide accurate and truthful information to tkpk8 and update it promptly when it changes.
• Use the platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.
• Not share your account login credentials with any third party, nor allow any other person to access or use your account.
• Not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the tkpk8 platform, its servers, software, or associated infrastructure in any way.

• Not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity with other players.

• Treat tkpk8 staff and other players with respect. Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communication directed at support agents or other players will result in immediate account suspension.

You acknowledge that online gambling involves risk and that you may lose all funds deposited on the platform. tkpk8 strongly encourages all players to set personal deposit limits and to use the responsible gaming tools available within their account settings before commencing play.

tkpk8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Use of automated software, bots, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusive behaviour directed at staff or other players.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Player request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, tkpk8 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and any winnings derived from gameplay conducted in breach. Genuine real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method following the conclusion of any investigation.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting tkpk8 support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any remaining balance will be withdrawn to the player's verified payment method before closure is finalised.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tkpk8, its directors, officers, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gameplay, including losses arising from technical errors, disconnections, or server outages.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the service, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any reliance on information, content, or promotions published on the tkpk8 platform.

tkpk8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the platform in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit tkpk8's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with tkpk8 support may be referred to binding arbitration or to a competent court of jurisdiction, as permitted by law.
